Have asked Pat if he wants to do a chapterBrilliant Don...you will have loads of takers.
How about a chapter about the die hard non manc blues who have been there forever and will be there forever....Cheltenham lot (that could be a book on its own!), chesterfield lot (that too could be a book on its own!!) morecombe lot, blackpool lot, glossop lot (tongue in cheek!!!!) etc.
you will also have to have a chapter just about the 'gentlemans mornings'.

Just contact details for now cheers idea is to hopefully meet up in a couple of weeks with any one wishing to help plus the publisher then we can sort out wots wotPissheaded, coked up, self depricating, moaning, imaginative, ingenious, friendly, shower of bastards, their it can fit on one page. ;-)
Seriously gook luck on the project, sure it will be another top edition to the volume of books if people send in their various stories.

Did any one on here try to go on that fishing boat to the Faroe's or get in the ground in Russia when there was supposed to be a ban on fans .
If you dont fancy writing a chapter yourself i could interview you or if you think you no someone up for it please ask them to get in touch

I can certainly chip in about fanzines and the fanzine wars (anyone recall that thread!!) and also the SAFE campaign - 'standing areas for Eastlands' and my run in's with Chris Bird over that one!
Oh and the time I offered my house in Moston to Keegan when he joined us, for 20K... he turned it down!
It's clear to me that most of the good, constructive content will come from this thread. I'm not sure why you're asking for PMsCheers anyone who wants to get involved can pm me we can meet up and take it from there .
