A call to arms

Gstar-City's identity changed when thaksin took over and we are so so lucky he sold to ADUG-its us fans who give this club its identity, something it wouldnt have apart from us.Its comendable you want the slowly slowly approach.Mourinho builds teams with backbone and flair who play for him,he gets the extra 10% out of people which is the difference between winners and losers.I just dont see Hughes extracting this out of his players.

So have things changed in so much i thought Jose approached us(allegedly) about the job or do we now have to persuade him-Pearce is the ADUG element, how hands on is he Zin?

Morning Zimmerman (Ooh bad head and cotton wool mouth this morning for me !),
Flb makes a good point above and to be honest with my cloudy thoughts today I cant remember which ITK said what, so to clarify, what is your understanding of who approached who with regards Mourinho and is yours info or personal feeling on that particular speculation.

Thats what you get for smoking sput pal..lol.
My original understanding mate was completely different two weeks ago, I was told ADUG were totally behind him and were going to put a statement out to that effect, then it shifted considerably in a matter of days. I know from a personal conversation I had with a pal that ADUG were livid with Cook for the Kaka debacle, and acted quickly to implement a new structure, hence Marwood and Pearces new role, however cook is hugely valued by all accounts. As for jose its conflicting because i've heard two different stories, one being its a done deal already, with jose inviting the approach to which was acted upon by Pearce, and also rogue agents, like the Raul, Buffon etc, who profess to be acting on our behalf having approached him and the ADUG group have become privy to it, though cook and mubarak are concrete in Hughes must stay. Me personally, I think he's walking the mile

Zin, so we are talking with Jose? (no need to answer) ;-) If we get him how much is a bottle of champers at your establishment? (I live not too far down the road in Sale).

Mate it varies from £50 up to £200 for cristal, if it comes off, which i'm hoping, i'm sure a bottle can find you.

Zin, this comes off then there will be a load of us knocking on your door to all celebrate together !

Well Zimmerman, Im not going to rush out to track you down as I dont even know which establishment it is that they talk of but my travels take me far and wide in our immediate region so should I end up ever heading around Hale / Wilmslow I'll try and let you know and maybe we can split a bottle of my personal favourite which would be Laurent-Perrier Rose.
You get the Bubbly and I'll sort the Brandy Bongs ;o)
Thanks for the straight answer, and as for personal opinion, well I think that Hughes should stay on as every good manager started somewhere, and with the backing we can offer, anyone should eventually be able to get us where we want to be, why not let us be the making of Mark Hughes rather than the other way round. I do realise that the hype etc that follows Mourinho must be appealing but how many knew of him when he was Bobby's understudy (and defensive coach at that after interpreter). everyone starts somewhere and I just have a gut feeling that we could mould Hughes into a long term appointment (Like Gradi say as I cant bring myself to name the other fella) who could build a dynasty, where as Jose doesnt strike me as the sort to stick around.

There are some very interesting times ahead and personally I cant wait, no matter which route we take. I am now and always have been a passenger on the MCFC Ride lol

Verve Cliquet is like tramps piss

Veuve Clicquot is one of my favourites, I will have to search out some tramps. Is it (the tramps piss) better chilled?
