I used to quite like being everyone else's second favourite club. But tbh it was scant consolation for us being pretty shit on the field for years.

I much prefer the way things are now...

Some people on here are going to have to grow some 'nads and just get used to it.

Martin Samuel is the only journalist who has been almost consistently positive about City since the takeover.

The rest of the media - print and broadcast - have been dishing up untold levels of anti-MCFC bile from every conceiveable angle - giving their hordes of Rag and Dipper readers just what they want.

More people want us to fail than succeed, so I guess the bitter and envious coverage is to be expected.

then again from what I read the press are making up titles when really he said our history cannot compare to the likes of scum and Liverpool, but Kuyt's comments make them all muppets
