He's obviously got a lot of personal enmity towards Mancini, but as a current employee of the club he shouldn't be making his feelings known publicly. Issue still GDM is opinions expressed in private rarely stay that way.
If I was Txiki, Les would be sat in my office this morning and we would be having a little chat im afraid. After all, Bob made his feelings of the hierarchy above him well known in public and it didn't end to well for him.
You can't prevent or police private conversations, nor take disciplinary action in relation to them, in general terms at least.
I am loath to draw comparisons, but this situation would never have happened at united where the public utterances of all their employees are so tightly controlled. Don't want to end up like them in terms of control of information and, quite frankly the control of the opinions of those connected with the club, but this certainly should not have happened.
