He's obviously got a lot of personal enmity towards Mancini, but as a current employee of the club he shouldn't be making his feelings known publicly. If he wants to tell people in private that's a matter for him and nothing was preventing him doing so after the "show" to the person who posed the question. Publicly airing the dirty linen (no matter how justified) is never a sign of a club heading in the right direction. Khaldoon and co need to get people focussed on whats important. To me thats regaining the title, not constant slagging of a bloke that us part of our history, not the present.

You can't prevent or police private conversations, nor take disciplinary action in relation to them, in general terms at least.

I am loath to draw comparisons, but this situation would never have happened at united where the public utterances of all their employees are so tightly controlled. Don't want to end up like them in terms of control of information and, quite frankly the control of the opinions of those connected with the club, but this certainly should not have happened.

On your first point, i would state that would depend on any contractual obligations you have agreed to as part of the contract, i.e. social media policies etc.

So he's a ''funny bloke'', great. How much is he on a year for being kit manager?
I'm sure the club has many unsung heroes and life long Blues too (is Janice still working in the souvenir shop?) that deserve more of a platform than Les.
