That's getting boring fella.
Still time for you to mention Supporter Club business links with international ticketing agencies!
That's getting boring fella.
That's the first suggestion I've seen that might just work. I can still see possible problems due to the huge numbers of different ways that supporters get to Europe (flights, trains, boats, cars etc.) which would involve ticket staff being overloaded with having to check all the proof. How about this for an idea.
As a regular Euro away goer you agree to log your passport details with City. You also agree to provide proof of travel details before a ticket is issued to you in this country so they know its you actually going.
You then travel, with your ticket, without the hassle and inconvenience.
I've also said the club needs to think about arranging mass travel for Euro away fans at a decent price, away from the corporate prices of Thomsonsport.
Valencia fans last week all went to Liverpool in 7 specially chartered jets the club laid on so if they can do it, why not us?
Do they get charged the prices we do?
I would also suggest they get far bigger allocations than we do, something we too benefited from when in the lower divisions yes?

Good point about the larger away allocations. Leeds got an end at Preston yesterday. I was thinking more about a few games where we've sold 2k of a 3k allocation!
Tickets are expensive in the Championship too but they don't have the very excitatory prices charged by eg London Clubs!
I'm pretty sure that the Ticket Office implemented something similar for one of the early Europa League games (Timisoara rings a bell, but it might have been Nicosia)
I certainly had to show my travel itinerary for one of those fixtures.
There was a PoB meeting a few weeks ago but the club didn't send a representative. The minutes were submitted to the club but they have yet to respond.Morning Pal. The club need to arrange a meeting with the fans. May be another PoB meeting so the fans can put there views across. Be it Pros or Cons
We were lucky to take 2k to Everton and Wigan 10 years ago on a Saturday afternoon due to poor away form. Loyalty points were only really needed for United away in those days, low demand from SCs and fans as a whole.
