A Positive from the new euro away ticket system?

Me neither - contacted supporter services and they said they haven't added anyone's yet (even though they said they'd be added within 7 days of the game!)

I got an email off the club to say they would be added today, but to allow 24 hours for them to appear on the points total.

Still no points added for the RM away game yet

I have been in touch with ticket office, they told me they were added under the identifier Aston Villa Away, Lord only knows why it doesn't say Real Madrid Away ! In any event I do have a recent Villa away entry, but the points total has not been increased by 40 points ! Not sure what the hell is going on. Will try to add their answer but not too email savvy.

Your ticket points for the Real Madrid away fixture were added on 09/05/16 however these will appear on your account as 'Aston Villa Away'.



This is an error the Club are aware of and will be amended as soon as possible to avoid any confusion.

I have just renewed so I had a look at my account and yes aston villa has been added :)

Hi Bill, did the points total go up by 40 ? I know 40 was shown beside the Aston Villa away entry but the TOTAL did not increase, I keep a close eye on my points total to the point of keeping every transaction on a spreadsheet I should have gone up to 19000 with Madrid but it stayed on 18960.
