A Positive from the new euro away ticket system?

Hi Bill, did the points total go up by 40 ? I know 40 was shown beside the Aston Villa away entry but the TOTAL did not increase, I keep a close eye on my points total to the point of keeping every transaction on a spreadsheet I should have gone up to 19000 with Madrid but it stayed on 18960.

i rarely check mine mate, perhaps I should. yes they added 40 points.

Having to collect your tickets form a certain place in the city where the game is played,it is not that easy for people with mobility problems like myself to do this. It is much more easier if you can pick up your ticket while you are being transported to the ground. I much prefer the way Thomas Cook arranged everything it was much easier and safer as well. The way Thomson do it is not very safe and opens up the supporters to having their tickets pinched by muggers.

I never experienced any problems under the old system, but allowing for the queuing time, and actually finding the destination in the first place, I probably wasted an hour in Paris, and two hours in Madrid.

No positives for me whatsoever, unless I start going on the Official Trips, and receive my ticket on the plane.

The next away game, you might arrive one minute after Spike's Trip, and it might be a doddle for me.
However, the thread title is about positives from the new system, and I never had a problem with the previous one.

Just checked mine , as you say showing as Aston Villa away added on the 09/05 , but my overall points total has not increased at all ?

Your ticket points for the Real Madrid away fixture were added on 09/05/16 however these will appear on your account as 'Aston Villa Away'.



This is an error the Club are aware of and will be amended as soon as possible to avoid any confusion.

I've been to Villa twice this season and it shows 2 lots of purchases for Villa. If Real shows as Aston Villa it should show i've been three times
However I havent! and it doesnt so they must be wrong
