I went to both Paris and Madrid, both collections were easy and really don't see what the problem is.
Some of us like to go to a City spend some time looking around without having to go out of our way and waste time.
In Paris because we were only there for the day it prevented us from doing a couple of things we had planned.
In Madrid we were in Spain for a few days and whilst it was not a massive problem to go up to the ground I still find it an intrusion
into my time after I have paid in advance for a ticket.
There is also the question of wearing a wristband in Madrid for two days which identifies you to the local pickpockets/muggers.
In fact the collection point became a focal point for pickpockets late afternoon on the day of the game.

This is quite possibly the saddest most strangest thing I've ever read on a football forum. A spreadsheet to keep track of your points. You need a hobby get out and get some fresh airHi Bill, did the points total go up by 40 ? I know 40 was shown beside the Aston Villa away entry but the TOTAL did not increase, I keep a close eye on my points total to the point of keeping every transaction on a spreadsheet I should have gone up to 19000 with Madrid but it stayed on 18960.

Just checked mine , as you say showing as Aston Villa away added on the 09/05 , but my overall points total has not increased at all ?
Mine is exactly same as this so 40 points still missing

it does seem odd how random the points go on. said before I rarely look but I understand now why people do. if on say 11960 and 40 points are missing you could miss out on a ticket band. needs addressing.

Still waiting for mine. They say they've been incorrectly allocated as villa which I'd rubbish cos I ain't got my 40 posts and although villa has moved up to a may purchase the initial game has now gone so my points still showcasing villa gamesc (league and cup) whereas if you believe what city tell us then there should be 3
