Probably already been suggested but to the opening song of "The Vikings"(1958):

Very fitting for the Nordic Meat Shield.
 
Here's something I'm thinking up, not finished yet but it may or may not work. It's certainly original unique and upbeat. Catchy or coat time ?

Not so much a song about Erling specifically and I know it may be nothing great as I’m no songwriter but I got a bit giddy after last week’s derby and I penned this, to the tune of our beloved Blue Moon obviously:

Also, while I’m here I did this one but not sure it’d be popular given it’s to the tune of You’ll Never Walk Alone, although I did read that we used to sing You‘ll Never Walk Alone before it was ever synonymous with Liverpool:

Great song, I’ve often thought it would make a great football chant ^
 
Needs to be simple and short - and there’s too many cooks in the kitchen now, he’ll be gone before we get a song sorted!

Denis Denis is good above, keep it short though, someone got a drum kit they can smuggle in? what the fuck!!
