A coupe of weeks ago I pointed out insulation could be a quick win in the energy saving game as the materials and technology was in place, I was told that hardly any houses needed insulating. Figures earlier in the thread suggest otherwise.
So yes, the government should be supporting them a) because it helps with energy conservation and b) because it gets the fuckers off the roads.
