If they've got kids, it really wouldn't matter. He'd have to pay her a fortune either way. Assuming they give her custody, rather than the man with a criminal record for child grooming. Long shot, I know.Not married

She was fifteen for ffs. It's illegal but it's hardly on a par with interfering with a toddler from a nursery. As has been mentioned in this thread previously, it's well above the age of consent for certain countries and below for others. All it is is it's illegal as the law stands. A law, I might add, that could be changed in the future. He's done something against the law, he's been caught, he'll get his punishment.
