I wouldn't pay much attention to that. He was good last season in the Premier League, the only player that stood out for them. And if he's selfish it's probably because the rest of their team is so unbelievably poor that there's no point passing to them ;)

No he wasn't. He had an agreement to renew his deal so if we hadn't have come in for him, he would have signed a new contract.
