Do these fukkin idiots actually believe what they write themselves?
AJ £10m in the same summer that wankers like Downing and Young go for £20m.
They must think the moon is made of cheese.

hardly you can find someone who pay you 10m for AJ , i'm worry.

You don't know what you're talking about.
If only Mancini would play him on the left - where he should be. This, incidentally, would bring out the best in Dzeko too!

Hes played on the left plenty of times and produced nothing. He started like a house on fire and looked a really good prospect but he hasnt improved in the last 6 months. He hasnt got enough pace or skill to play as an out and out winger so thats why he plays on the right where he can cut inside.
What we need is a winger who can get past his man and put a ball in the middle but AJ cant do this. Maybe Vladi is the answer, we'll have to wait and see.

FFS! yeah, what we need is two wingers dashing down the wings, beat their man and whip on a cross for a big fella to nod down to a little fella who can tap the ball in.
In fact, let's fook most of the midfield an lump it u from the back.

Oh.....sorry, this style of football went out with 70's flares (unless your Harry redknapp)!!
FFS! That exactly what we don't need. We need to mix it up, switch wings, drop deep an change formation mid-game. We do not need to resort to being fooking spurs!

sorry if anyone thinks I disagree too much :p. I strongly disagree. Harry's philosophy was spot on at times in the champions league. At times, changing formation is just a pointless rendition of modern football. Had he done this with spurs against ac milan, he would've surely been beaten. You've got to consider that there are games where some teams are most uncomfortable when playing the 'classic' way. Crouch tormented Milan with a simply long ball approach. Additionally, Carroll imposed an ignominious defeat on Man city.

Dzeko often had a terrible feed when we had the 'unorthodox' wingers (e.g. Johnson playing on the right hand side). Man utd have often conformed to the "70's flares" as you put it. Look where it got them. We need to supply a feed that Man utd would do for Berbatov when thinking about Dzeko. If we have the option of playing like this in addition to the other multitude of options; we could be a devastating force.

Despite the above, I think Adam Johnson is a proficient winger who could be capable of delivering from the left wing. The right wing is the problem. Despite saun wright-phillip's impressive pre-season, I don't think he's accomplished enough to force mancini to avoid another target.

Unless you're Harry Rednapp OR Alex Ferguson ..................mmmm.

Would be a terrible decision to sell Adam Johnson.

Personally I think he should be played on the left too, and do stacks of work on his crossing. I know the inverted wingers trend, and he can do that, but the pont about it not suiting Dzeko is a good one.

If Aguero comes I'm not sure how many games Dzeko will start though. He's a bit of a square peg in a round hole for us. He needs crosses in the box and we don't put any in.

Why do you think it would be a terrible decision? He reminds me of Stevie Ireland. All the attributes, wrong attitude.

Both AVB AND Jose Mourinho have stated publicly their admiration for Adam Johnson.

He is vital to our forthcoming campaign.

Absolutely vital.

We cannot sell him to Chelsea.

Find me those quotes. I dont believe them.

He's like Walcott in a sense. Walcott is fast with no finish, Adam is all step over with no finish. I hope he proves me wrong.

Villas-Boas said it last week. Mourinho around six months before we bought him. It was at the previous Tfr window when AJ was at Boro.

At the very minimum he offers a tremendous option as an impact player if needed as a substitute to shake things up.

In readiness for a long testing season against an improved Liverpool (the Dalgleish factor rather than their signings), Chelsea under a strong coach, the Rags, Arsenal, Spurs and Sunderland all offering stiff challenges, a CL campaign, two domestic cup competitions, suspensions, injuries and the like we need the skill and experience of Adam Johnson.

He should be given a fair amount of playing time in the domestic cup matches.

Guys, I've just reconsidered AJ after watching a few videos. The guy's no less than good. We're lucky to have an enlgish player who has such flair on the wing. If we sold him, it would need a heck of a replacement to justify it, that's all I'm saying.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Everton are weighing up an ambitious loan move for Manchester City winger Adam Johnson.

The 24-year-old has become unsettled at City with manager Roberto Mancini reluctant to start him on a regular basis.
