Has he burned all bridges with Utd? I thought he still has to meet with them this week. They could offer him a contract, meet Joorabchian's terms, & tell him he'll play regularly.

Presumably after he meets with Utd this week? Gill said sometime ago on 5 Live that they would meet this week

They have first option to buy him, so until June if we agree anything United can just say no no no look here we have first option.

I can't see how he'll be meeting up with the rags later in the week. Surely he'd be meeting them now as he'll be with Argentina later in the week, if he isn't already? Wouldn't it be great if he just signed for us & fucked them right off? How I'd laugh.....

Oh i see... cheers bud. How times have changed with these complex transfer negotiations i'm sure years ago they were done over a coffee and bacon barm at the local mcdonalds.

Well this ugly fucker looks like putting me £50.00 out of pocket to Stevie Ireland's charity if we sign him. I'd be delighted to see us sign him and donating is no problem, it's an amazing cause it'd be going to.

I'm still not convinced we will. I just cannot imagine us signing these standard of quality players. That type of player doesn't come to City. But if he does over to Eastlands we go to celebrate!! Happy days!!

If they do then so be it, it was always in their hands.

I actually think Taggart would happily let him go but I have a feeling that this could become a face saving exercise for the rags now, do they really wanna be outmuscled in the transfer market by little old City?

Project,you make a very valid point,hes continually said he needs more minuites on the pitch which isnt certain at Owe trafford.The twats have had all season to sort his contract out and have pissed him about-and hes still given all for the scumbags.

Personally i think they cant afford him unless Christine is sold.

I've just been having a peek on ragcafe and apparently Tevez is now shit and always has been.

The Telegraph say that the rags are now prepared to meet his fee. So he'll probably be brilliant again in a couple of hours.
