Ade to Juve?

If he's going to Juve, that ends any chances of them signing Dzeko, which puts us in an apparent straight race with Munich for him (unless Madrid come in for him, then we may be screwed).

-- Tue Nov 23, 2010 11:22 am --

But didn't Juve use their non-EU quota on Krasic, rendering this deal impossible?

I really wouldn't be too bothered if he left - and the sooner he does, the higher the fee we can command. He gives the ball away far too much, wanders too wide and is constantly offside. Far too many moves break down of his accord (especially when compared to Tevez, the much superior 'target man').

Dzeko in, Ade out.

Happy days.

I dunno. We'll be buying a Tevez understudy (a role which wouldn't please Dzeko) or someone that can play both through the middle and in the Mario/Jo left-sided forward role.

they pulled out of dzeko to get krasic didnt they, i dont get how this can work. but if they do sign him, il happily wave him off if it means a torres or dzeko coming this way

i think its a shame to see ade leave.. on his day he is a good striker imo its only a loan move hopefully get a few games under his belt for juve and come back a better player

I for one will be sad to see him go. When he first joined the blues he was on fire. Then bans, injuries and the African Nations murders affected his form. Play him on a regular basis and we have one of the worlds best strikers. Good luck Ade.

The system we used against Fulham in my opinion won't suit Dzeko. Either he or Tevez will need to be moved to the wing which would be detrimental to their performances.

Unless Mancini doesnt intend to stick with this formation.

I don't think they can even sign Ade on loan, the non-EU rules work with permanent and loan deals I believe and they signed Krasic, making this deal 100% impossible?

As long as we can get a reliable, consistent replacement then I've no real qualms. Ade and Tevez have never seemed on the same wavelength and there's only ever gonne be one winner with that one. I'll remember him most for the game against tottenham at COMS last year where he was anonymous whereas crouch, a much lesser player, was influential for their team
