Read this on the sky transfer clockwatch this morning don't know if its already been posted:

7.12 Reports in most of the morning newspapers claim Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor is stalling on a move to Manchester City. He has been granted a work permit, but is apparently waiting to see if any other clubs show an interest. Will it be a long wait?

although im not sure if it is true, if it is then sod him and move on !

Arsenal fans are not impressed with anything though, they booed Wenger at points throughout last few seasons.

I find it amusing how according to the 'gospel' that is the Daily Mail and The Sun he is worried about how he'd be perceived in Togo. He is already on obscene wages and has won the grand total of fuck all with Arsenal so moving to an ambitious, rich club like ourselves is a no brainer. Okay, Arsenal are in the Champions League but they aren't going to win it and they know that. They aren't going to win the Premiership so that leaves the FA Cup and League Cup which themselves and ourselves can both win. Arsenal aren't a team willing to invest in new players and we are and it is likely to continue for years to come.
