Maybe because City will be playing CL next season and Arsenal wont and wont see it again for a long time???

Man City may get into the top four but that doesn't mean that Arsenal will lose their place.

Man Utd over-rate Fletch, Anderson, Nani, Valencia, Carrick, Park and Owen. Of course these players look class with Ronaldo but so would any midfield.

Liverpool over-rely on Torres and Gerrard.

Chelsea have an old squad. Out of all the top four they are the safest (assuming they keep Terry).

Fair points

The grammar and punctuation by some posters on here is nothing short of horrendous.

I know I was thinking the same myself, especially as it's an English grammar site and not a football site.... Oh wait one second!!!

Why does it matter?? I would rather read a comment that had some thought to it than a English lesson, which has f'all to do with Manchester city!!

Lighten up this forums for every city fan regardless of education. Don't put people off from posting it's unfair and a tad bit bullying

There's no apostrophe in fall, mate.

Why would you leave Arsenal for City?

Why wouldn't you leave Arsenal for City?

Possible reasons:

Same chance (If not more) of a high league position.

Less games in a world cup year.

Increase in salary.

Guarantee of continued investment on and off the pitch.

Won't be booed by own fans (Or atleast a fresh start).

Chance to show talents and if things workout make history by being involved in the transformation of a football club.

Chance to move from a team who appear to be regressing year on year, to a team who is definately 'On the up'.

Do you need anymore reasons???????????

Well said

I didn't say that. What I am saying is that their midfield was weak last season. Look at how they were beaten by Barcelona. Their weak midfield wasn't a massive problem domestically because Ronaldo carried them in the league. Now that their small side dismantler has left, uniteds average midfielders are crucial.

And I'm not trying to be a WUM. I'll avoid posting about Adebayor because that comes across as being bitter. Sorry.

Bullshit again then.

he's come through for me before so I believe him

As I said in another thread give him a deadline till monday then if he still hasn't signed let him stay at the Arse, and let's move on to another striker, even though I'm not 100% convinced we actully need another one.
