We used to sing 'ooh Vonky Vonky hung like a donkey'. No difference. Not in the best taste but not really a problem and as Vonk was a white man nobody ever said it was stereotypical or bordering on racism.
I've seen much better songs on here about our Ade, so don't see why we would sing a shit spurs song but ffs some people need to a get a grip, stop being so precious, and stop looking for a race issue that simply is not there.

They're not on about the mind-numbingly shite, yet inoffensive, 'hung like an elephant' version. Not once was the version saying is mam is a whore sung so i dont know where that has come from and as for the other one its just a laugh its not racist people need to lighten up
I think there has been a bit of an overreaction on here.
Personally I never heard the worst version of the song. Seeing as I was located fairly centrally I'd have thought I'd have heard it. The fact I didn't suggests that it was sung by one or two people max and never got mass singing. One or two tried to get the 'wife's a bit sore' version going but it failed to take off. After a few games of nobody joining in with them the songs will die out.
It was a shame the one to the darts tune didn't take off especially as they played the tune before the game. Incidentally, did anyone think that maybe our club told them to play that to help get the song going? I know people from the club read these boards.

The only offensive thing about that version is that the words are unimaginatively crap and the tune is wank. Other than that, I think it's great!
