Adebayor to Spurs

Bizarre. After all the talk, Spurs look like they could keep Modric and may add Lass Diarra to replace the inferior Palacios. We give them Adebayor and they're contenders for top four again, not sure why we'd do that when we could strike the same deal with Real again?

The way to look at it is that Spurs aren't going to be consistant enough to finish above City. They're always a threat in the games vs the top teams and by giving them Adebayor on loan you are increasing the chance that they will take points from United/Chelsea/Arsenal. Also when it comes to City vs Spurs, Adebayor wont be able to play and since he will be the focus of their attack then they'll have less chance of winning that game.

By that same logic his goals for spuds would cause us to have another rival.

if they're the only team in for him then I guess our hands are tied, but we shouldn't sleep on Spurs, until the match with us they were right there with us the entire season and they threw away an uncanny amount of points against the shit of the league.

Would be a stupid deal for us. Don't really want him loaned out at all, we may as well just give him to Real on a freebie.

We would be completely retarded to sell let alone LOAN Adebayor to Spurs. A decent striker is exactly what they lacked last season, I can see Ade doing extremely well for Spurs.
