Adidas trainers

Got these today for £50 from Office website - wasn't convinced with Broomfield's so took a punt at that price and am suitably impressed!!Broomfield.jpg

Got some Handball Spezial and Samba for recently for a birthday. Both in size 8 but they felt really tight. I do have broad feet but Gazelle and Jeans fit fine. Should I get the next size up or are some styles just very narrow?

I have some adidas Bamba barely used, as one shoe is half a size or one size too small

I guess if you are size 8 you might get into both of them

I think this is true of some people. But generally feet usually stop growing at age 20. In some people, their feet might continue to slowly get bigger into their early 20s. Everyone is different, so there isn’t a set age for when your feet should stop growing.
My feet stopped growing when I was 13, thankfully! When I was growing up my foot size was the same as my age. I was always very tall but even my feet were unusually big for my height. When I was 7 I had size 7 feet!

I always think Spezials are small, Gazelles are narrow but Sambas have the best fit.

I use a cedar wood shoe tree for any footwear that are on the small side, just to help stretch them out.

Some styles are definitely narrower, like the SL's.

You can actually get the shoes stretched if you need, I think Timpsons may do this.

So act your age and not your shoe size didn’t really apply in your case :-)

My feet stopped growing when I was 17/18
