Guys, c'mon. I could've 'tweaked' if I had the raw materials of Xani, Iniesta, Messi, Puyol, Pique, Abidal, Alves etc... and the likes of Pedro and Busquets coming through the academy. I'm not being disingenuous, I just don't think crediting Pep with Barca's 'style' of play is entirely fair...as I say, it's a philosophy which was drilled into them from youth team level. That's not in any way shape or form trying to belittle what Pep has achieved and certainly I think he's a top coach - I'd however hazard a guess that he'd have struggled to have won the CL with last season's Inter squad...

This is what I mean by under-rated. Mourinho had the 'raw materials' of Ronaldo, Benzema, Ozil, Di Maria, Khedira, Alonso, Sergio Ramos, Carvalho, Casillas... and got turned over 5-0.
