By contesting it we can attend the hearing and give our representations without affecting any potential punishment. If he is guilty it will be a 3 game ban anyway and we have lost nothing.

If we appealed a 3 game ban after it potentially leaves us open to a further game being added for a frivolous appeal.

The thing that really fuck's me off is the sky presenter after the match even said down the camera "Jose are you watching this. Have you seen the incident" or words to that effect. I had to rewind it to check what he said. Unbelievable behaviour from sky but not a surprise. I was half expecting said presenter to have Peggy's number on speed dial and start telling him live on air. You have to laugh at it all really.

Now he's been found guilty we can appeal but there's no fucking point in reality.
