Aguero - Golden Boot and Strike Rates

I think Kun is capable of getting to 200 if he stays relatively injury free but that is easier said than done and if it's under Pep it will be more than 3 years. The PL record is 31 so you're saying he'll have to average bettering that every year for the next three..can't see it happening.
I think he is going to break all kinds of records under Guardiola.

If he stays fit, then agreed...

He could go close to 40 in a season, which in England, in today's game, would probably see him get close to the accolades he deserves... I think a great deal of agueros ability comes down to motivation, if he can be elevated again, over those 3 years he could smash the 200 mark, also if he does, we win pretty much everything on the table... Fingers crossed!!

So true, his performance against Arsenal when our CL place was on the line was world class. When he looks up for it he is the closest thing to Messi, Neymar and Suarez imo. Can't wait to see Kun and KDB under Pep.
This .I believe he is the closest player to messi .not just for his skills , but also the fact that like messi he plays with true spirits of the game .never messing with opp players , diving , fighting .even when he falls , he looks to get up and run to the ball instead of getting aggressive or pushing opponents . his attitude and sportsmanship is an example for Oscar contenders like neymar and flesh eating Suarez .

I think I'm right in saying he has 136 goals for us now. Eric Brook had the record with 178 so if he plays 2 more season and stays fit he should beat his record.

He needs to up his off the ball work rate for next season, far too many times he's been static.

I think Aguero has had a very disappointing year in all honesty, he's much better than what he's showed.

Agreed.

But...

On a hat trick... subbed off.

Having a good game... subbed off.

Chance to win Golden Boot... subbed off.

Just how much of this shit can he take?

With a strong manager, motivating the team, getting the best out of everyone... Kun could be told why he was being subbed out in these situations... and could live with it. And could come back trying his best for the team next game.

Under Pellers... low-key... no explanation for the substitutions... no motivation whatsoever... yeah...

If I were Sergio Aguero under these conditions.... I might well have performed even more poorly.

I don't blame Kun at all for the lack of enthusiasm he's shown this year.

I love Agüero and for almost all of the time his sportsmanship is exemplary. However let's not brush his nasty stamp on Luiz from history. I'm sure he's kicked out in an Argentina shirt as well, though could be mistaken.
