Aguero injured after a car accident in the Netherlands

Just a little concerned that getting a taxi is being treated as though it is so risky.
Going to Amsterdam is irrelevant as to how the accident occurred. I´m sure driving himself to training each day suffers a similar risk.
I know, some folk are talking as if he'd been skydiving. Amsterdam is only a cock stride away too, some serial flappers about.

Hopefully not too long until Sergio is back but it does put pressure and an over reliance on Jesus

Can’t burn Gabby out so Pep needs to look at alternatives for different games

Personally can see either Kev or Sane playing central in certain games to allow Jesus rest

Main issue is making sure Sergio gets all the support and expert care he needs and not rushing him back

The season is a marathon not a sprint and other teams will have injuries suspensions etc

When did young lads suddenly stop being able to play a game maybe two in a week without suffering from exhaustion ?

This is one of the biggest piss takes in modern football, "oh so and so looks exhausted out there, he played a full 90 minutes on Tuesday".

In an alternative reality this might give a youth striker a chance to sit on the bench and get some minutes if we happen to be trouncing somebody with half hour to go, oh what the fuck am I saying, it will be a 4-6-0 or Sterling wasted up front on his own.

2 spots where we have no depth, two injuries. Ffs.

Would be nice to have kept someone like Nolito in the squad for shit like this.

To win the title this season was always going to be tough, two quality full backs were needed, we addressed that to a certain extent but are still on thin ice with no top notch cover for either position, Danilo can fill in but not replace either in quality imo, to go into a long hard season with 2 strikers , with one young & adjusting to the premier league as well was not ideal which is why we wanted Sanchez .
We started well with my fingers crossed we could keep it going as long as possible, it was almost inevitable we would have injuries but to lose Mendy for the season & Aguero for a length of time that we don't know is a major blow . What injuries are ahead ?
Titles are won and lost on injuries & suspensions , fine margins , we are weaker now & the title is going to be incredibly difficult to win now. I wouldn't make us favourites that's for sure.
( cue , wipe your fanny.....Mars arse , knee jerker , toys out of the pram etc etc etc )
Much better.Had you made such a comment initially, rather than the hysterical nonsense you actually did, then you would not have been the focus of such negative attention.

In regards your input,we were never going to fully address the issues of squad depth and quality within the windows Pep has had opportunity,it was always going to be a marathon rather than a sprint. However,i think we have done great and provided we can cope, and suffer no more injury, then i see no reason we wont be challenging for the title and every other cup.

Looking at the positive.....The short rest will do Sergio good,he's never put so much effort into the start of a season :-)

We are lucky that much of Kun's recovery is during the international break. I reckon he will miss the Stoke game and be back for the Napoli game.

In a short time he will be able to resume training to keep his fitness up and he will avoid twisting and turning until the ribs heal.

Which youth team player

It’s also not exhaustion it’s more about putting muscles, ligaments etc under more pressure
