Aguero plays 90 mins ok

You're totally wrong.

You wonder how much more Iheanacho has to fucking do before some people see him as a capable back up.

He's only got 12 goals in 13 starts.

I can't work out if these people are just being ridiculously, unfairly harsh critics of one of the most promising young players in the world, or they're the kind of deluded idiots who think someone like Aubameyang would be happy coming to the club and sitting on the bench until Aguero is injured.

On the bright side, at least Zabaleta and Otamendi have returned early because of suspensions.

who think someone like Aubameyang would be happy coming to the club and sitting on the bench until Aguero is injured.
And preventing Nacho getting game time to boot.

We have ample cover, especially with a manager that just about invented the 'modern' false 9 and Sterling, Sane, Nolito in addition to Nacho (and Jesus to come in at the half way point as well).

You couldn't find a better player, happy to be on the bench than Nacho.

So what would be the point in a third striker?

to play instead of ku sometimes for starters to give him a break...

lots of clubs have options upfront yet we have one...a 19year old Kid

I keep hearing that Sterling, Sane can cover as well...Sterling has hugely improved but are we really suggesting he can play as a striker?

Sane...has shown nothing to suggest he is even ready for a starting spot yet let alone playing as a replacement for Kun

The only one we have is kelechi.

Taking nolito off the left side really unbalances us nor is he a striker

His age is totally irrelevant.

Luckily, it's not just me that thinks you're wrong, Pep does as well.

Name a striker happy to be third choice who would be better than our options.

What do we do though mate when Aguero is fit? Who gets the half hour of the bench at the end of games? Very difficult to keep three top quality strikers happy.

its not about third choice/beter option...its about rotation. Have you thought that the amount of injuries our players suffer is down to fatigue?

Its not upto me to name a player who we should have gone for..there are professionals at the club to do so but anyone could see that this would be a problem......the buying of Gabriel Jesus even hints at it and the fact that we at least held talks with Aubamayang's agent also says people at the club (including pep) were thinking on the same lines.

Managers get things wrong.....even Pep.....he did vs spurs and admitted it. Im not saying kelechi isn't a good player but like all players (especially young ones) he is erratic. He is better at present coming on in games as when he has started games he hasn't performed as well.
