Kelechi is totally capable of stepping in. Obviously it is better for Sergio to be available but we did just fine when he was suspended a few weeks ago. I'm more concerned about KDB getting back ASAP.

its not about third choice/beter option...its about rotation. Have you thought that the amount of injuries our players suffer is down to fatigue?

Its not upto me to name a player who we should have gone for..there are professionals at the club to do so but anyone could see that this would be a problem......the buying of Gabriel Jesus even hints at it and the fact that we at least held talks with Aubamayang's agent also says people at the club (including pep) were thinking on the same lines.

Managers get things wrong.....even Pep.....he did vs spurs and admitted it. Im not saying kelechi isn't a good player but like all players (especially young ones) he is erratic. He is better at present coming on in games as when he has started games he hasn't performed as well.

you seem to be of the opinion that every team we play is going to be of the quality of the first few games......Im saying the likes of everton, barcalona are very very different and represent a significant challenge for the whole team and not just Kelechi...The loss of Kun weakens us against those teams no matter what your opinion of Kelechi is

Plus I never ever said he was shocking....so piease stop putting words into my mouth to try and suit an argument. I rate kelechi....i think he is a very good player and potentially has a great future ahead of him..is he there yet...no where near

Simon says we facing Everton and kelechi not ready but in an earlier post said garcia maffeo are. Two players who combined have played nowhere near as much in the first team. So to throw them in against Everton seems silly to me

Bayern only have 1 striker, they have done fine. Total waste of resources to buy more than 2 strikers. We have already 2.

no-one is panicking...this is a forum where we debate and talk about football......or shall we just be all watching and having no opinion? or does the opinion have to match everyone elses?

If you think we can face Barca without Kun and KDB (potentially) and still be as strong then fine - I don't agree

I look to improve all the time. Maybe you are happy just cause we have won lots.....I am to a point but think there is still lots to improve and for one I love talking about those things as I find it fascinating

Plus i have a few days on my hands at the moment as I bust my ribs surfing on Saturday so got a couple of days off work

There isn't a player that would make us stronger than Kun against Everton or Barcelona though. Especially one willing to spend most of their City career on the bench.
