Remember what happened to Jerome Boateng and several others. Tevez was a unique exception simply because nobody wanted to pay a decent price for his services. That issue won't arise with Aguero. If he wants to leave for personal reasons, especially family related, neither Mancini nor the Sheikh will stand in his way so long as we find a suitable replacement.
