Aguero v Bournemouth steward - allegation withdrawn

you seriously dont see Sergio trying to get past the 2 coppers to get to the steward.

I see Sergio trying to see that the bloke on the ground is not being manhandled, not trying to get at the steward.

Shit, I saw your post and replied without reading the last ten pages.
I feel bad for you now, you're having a mare.

Don't blame Bournemouth. It wasn't Bournemouth who made the report to the police, it was dumbfuck steward #201.

I don't think they as a club did anything wrong, and I certainly wouldn't want City being blamed if one of the showsec ****s made an accusation at a game.

The home club have a responsibility to control the crowd, regardless of if its home or away support. They failed today

It says at the end, " The club will be making no further comment on the matter."..... Didn't the original statement come from Bournemouth? They can't go throwing accusations like that around that was splashed all over the world's media, realise there is no justification to such a statement and think that is the end of the matter.

From the footage, you can see Sergio is concerned that the "Bar- Steward" is being too aggressive in restraining the fan, and wants him to stop.
It works both ways this "assault" claim, Sergio can give a statement that the steward was being overly forceful, and he was concerned for the fan's safety, what with recent deaths due to overly forceful restraining methods, if the fan wishes to press charges.
