Alan Hansen, why is he so bitter?

Alan hansen, seen him on MOTD last night, what a complete tosser. Every week he slags of city. Does anyone know why he is so bitter? I know he's a Liverpool fan, but surely there has to be something deeper & more specific to make him the way he is. Maybe you veteran blue's may know?

He certainly does seem to struggle with giving us any credit at all when there is crisis talk, and slagging to do.

Another one is Mark Saggers, just seems to despise the club for some reason. Heard him yesterday on Talkshite, as soon as they announced the team he went on about Micah "he doesn't have the awareness to play centre half, this is a real opportunity for Chelsea". Not so much what he said but the sneering tone he said it in.

Will make our success all the more sweet when these knobends finally realise that they are going to have to deal with their hatred and our success for a long time to come.

Last night all he wanted to do was show Mario's 'faults' during his game. (And got in the obligatory mention of his 'disrupting influence' more than once) Even showing a move he wasn't even involved in to slate him......plastic faced twunt is a sad sad man.

No idea. I agree that he surpassed himself last night. If anything, I would have thought he might have a soft spot for us given the Liverpool team he played in regularly thrashed us in the 80's.

Could not believe Hansens rant! One of the most blatant anti bias against any team I have ever witnessed, it was a complete character assassination of our club, why? and what was L.Dixon doing? If a real City fan was sat next to him even on tv you would have to pull him up? Anyway I am disgusted with what the beeb perceive as impartial punditry,it's just not on wether it's us or in fact any other team.
