Aldi/Lidl middle aisle offers and recommendations.

DeWalt is largely tradesman quality tools and their prices reflect this. A budding DIY-er would not be prudent to by tools costing upto(say) 10X the price of generic brand/home brand gear from middle aisles and places such Home bargains and the like.

But like I mentioned earlier, some of the stuff in Aldi and Lidl are good value and sturdy enough with a 3 year guarantee.

They do sets of drill bits -wood/metal and masonry. Not DeWalt quality but for household and amateur DIY I can't fault them. When I was self employed I used to buy top quality gear, drill bits to drill through galvanized steelwork and core drilling stuff and proper power/hand tools etc etc.

Specialist gear isn't cheap, but Aldi/Lidl is and decent quality nowadays.
Drill bits I always go high end. It makes all the difference for anything difficult. I'd rather have a £50 drill with a £10 masonry bit than a £200 drill with a generic / crap bit.

I supply products into the print market and my big customers produce packaging for supermarkets etc. I can tell you for instance that all own label 'Weetabix' are exactly the same as the branded product as they had their own in house printing operation producing the cartons until the Chinese bought the company and sold the print side off.

Apart from Kelloggs, most food manufacturers supply own label versions of their products and it is more efficient to keep them the same rather than making cheaper versions.
You are 100% correct about Weetabix , I worked there for 17 years and the only difference is the paper they are wrapped in . It’s exactly the same biscuit weather it’s branded or own label.

Are you a tradesman though, or just like to buy good quality tools?

I think their drill bits are adequate for mild steel, brickwork or wood £4.99 a set iirc. Bargain.

It’s a small world. The printing side I used to supply until it was closed down was Vibixa at Cheltenham.

Gaffer tape, washers, rivets, drill bits, a drill driver, some spurious spray paints ( just in case....) Work shorts, knee pads, chain saw sharpener, socket sets, ratchet spanners, self propelled petrol lawn mower, etc etc Ironically, according to the Mrs I only ever buy anything when I've inadvertantly forgotten my wallet so put it down as ' general shopping '.
SWMBO on the otherhand buys loads of kitchen shite that, like the churros maker, never gets used and is resigned to the bottom of the pantry.
Oh how we laugh about it on the drive home...
