If it's a choice between a fan and a paid employee of the club, then it's a no brainer, the employee can jog on.

When the players are gone we'll still be here. We're the club, not the players or the manager.

'Aleks has been a great servant' - Aleks has been a fantastically well paid professional at our club.

'the sooner that lot are put to pasture the better for our club' - and there'll be no club at this point.
 
He had a decent enough game overall but he did seem to needlessly hoof it out of play a number of times. Isn't the punishment for that a season on loan at Torino?

I'm specifically refering to the serial moaners. The bunch who slate Aleks even when he has played well. The Sterling is shite brigade.

Like it or not, a large, large section of our support has never embraced our growth and reminisce on the glory days of us scraping 1-0 wins over Ipswich. The good ole days of Buzzer or even Jamie Pollock.

Football evolved. They didn't. The highlight of the game for them these days is booing the champs league anthem and then leaving with 10 mins to go. Join in on a Poznan, are you having a laugh?

So when they are hurling abuse at our players or sitting there holier than thou casting judgement upon a player that turned down Mourinho at Madrid to join City and has been here for 6 or so years and is having one of his best seasons yet, I've a problem with that.

Clichy played at least one pass with his right foot. A good incisive pass too.

Not many supporters will like this but #together. One of those games where they needed us for that extra bit of motivation.

I hate the moaners too. I often wonder how they get on in the real world with such negative and pessimistic views.

I just don't think we should ever lose sight of the fact that we pay to watch City and the players are paid to be here.

AK is unusual for a player in that he doesn't just take the shit he gets, he gives it back. I quite like that.

That's right but you can't deny that pull back inside but behind them always hampers our progress. There is often a simple pass on inside or a one-two if they used their right foot but the majority of time they stop dead and send the ball backwards. No wonder really most teams playing against us find the time to stroll back into their two defensive ranks
 
Kolarov has been much improved this season, why do people have to have a go all the time, shamefull some of it infact i smell raggys.

i completely agree with this.a number of our fans are never happy. I've sat near people this season, you wouldn't even know they supported city. sit there in silence, leave 10 minutes before the end every game and dont even get up to celebrate a goal. the only time they make noise is to say the players are shit or moan about something. its the same on here, barely any posts when we win. certain posters hate some of our players, kolorav has been good this year, didn't even play bad last night.

i dont think some city fans realize how good we actually have it.

I'd rather say it's a sad state of affairs that there are still fans blaming Kolarov for the actions you described after such a poor team performance.
 
Has it been verified wherever or not he did kick off yet? Evidence seems a bit thin on the ground.
He did ok last night, not without errors but solid enough.
