Very positive presence in the dressing room. Exquisite left foot. Contributed massively to the most successful period the club has ever had. Thanks for everything, Alex, and all the best for the future.

Partially a victim of expectation (I think we all thought he'd score from 35 yards every second game), but 2 PL's, 2 League Cups and an FA cup medal means he's one of the clubs most decorated players, and for that you cant do anything but thank him. Contributed in big ways to some big successes.

Suffered from a lack of pace in the PL, but that's not his fault.

Good luck fella, and thanks.

Up to £6m for a 31 year old Kolarov with 1 year left on his contract is certainly a good deal for us. He's been poor for us the majority of his time here in my opinion, but has had his moments.

Feel he might be one of those players who ends up getting better & better in stories told about him in the years to come, even if he wasn't actually that great.

Wish him well though, seemed a decent guy.

The Man.

had a ruff time with the fans down the left side and sometimes even give it back and took on the boo boys. cool as f*ck for me and had that left foot to die for

Sums it up well that IMO.

Cheers for the service, overall has been a good player and to get a fee for him at this stage is good business.

Given that I'd fully expected him to leave at the end of the season for nothing, any fee now is a benefit.

Very much maligned and misunderstood, the Marmite Serb departs the neighbourhood.

Thanks for some very special goals and assists and for being an integral part of our club for so many years.

K's are good, K's are good.

Good lick to him.
I actually quite liked him.
Bit slow though.
As in a bus is quite slow compared to a Ferrari

can't agree with the telegraph on this

Guardiola had planned on Kolarov staying but his impending departure means all four of City’s full-backs last season will have been cleared out in the space of a month in a situation that raises fresh questions about the absence of succession planning by director of football Txiki Begiristain.

Good luck. But peps right, hes asked to leave and pep said he doesn't like to work with players that don't want to be here.
Needless and poor quality comment from Pep. Kolarov was rapidly becoming a bit part player, in a World Cup year, for a player who can still do a job at the top level for someone...and in a League with which he is familiar and well respected.

Clearly, it is time to pony up for Mendy and get him some preseason. Doubt he will be ready for Brighton, given his summer, but the sooner the better!
