Errm, we have a player here who is untested, as promising as he is. We have a in Ferran and Tixxi, to hugely experienced individuals and with connections that will likely surpass anything the rags have. So, if they decide he's not a viable option, then I'm happy with that.

Do you mean their connections, or if this sprog, or any other sprog has the minerals?
I think no need for connections when the target is clear, just pay the agent, the club and the player close to what they are asking for and convince the player that you trust him and you as a coach are willing to give him time to prove himself in the team.

Just add more adds on or give them a percentage share in case you sell the player in the future.
