Can see why he'd be annoyed then. Must be embarrassing to be subbed 15 minutes after coming on.
Yeah and surprisingly bad man management from Wenger, considering he hadn't put a foot wrong, didn't have the bollocks to hook Özil imo.

Looks like he's angling for a move. Homegrown, young, not crazy money and undoubtedly a better option than navas. Could be a smart buy

Would take him.. Relatively young,at 23.Just needs the right manager to get it out of him.
Versatile,MF,RW/LW,and would offer more than Navas/Nolito/Delph.

If we are indeed looking to buy British this summer, and he is angling for a move, then we could do worse.

I really feel he could be someone who would be transformed by Guardiola's style of coaching, and with 1 year left on his contract, they couldn't sensibly ask much more than £20-25m.

Where would he play? wide or centrally?

And is he not simply another average type player that will hinder the progress of the likes of Sancho?

Let's not forget those on loan too.....Roberts,Zinchenko,Moreno.

To me it looks like he can play both, the versatility would be useful.

I think last night showed how much we lack wide options still, unless Sancho is ready this summer we're going to need some back up as Sterling and Sane can't play every game, if the Ox is happy to come and be a back up wide and in the middle then it seems a sensible move to me unless Pep deems one of the loanees or kids ready to step into the first team.
