Capacity and a vehicle to the test is all the govt can provide. In order to convert that into completed tests would you support compulsory testing?

I think you've confused me with someone who thinks arbitrary testing targets are a good thing. I just want a sustainably grown testing strategy that is reaching the right people and turning around results in the required timeframe.

I was wondering how they were going to do contact tracing with an app that hadn’t yielded any meaningful results in the IOW where well under half the population downloaded it. The simple answer is they’re not which makes you wonder how the 24,000 contact tracers are going to do it.
 
At the next PMQ's when just a few are open and there is no promised APP - plus a likely increase in infections post VE Day knee's up's - he's going to have to dodge it whether the baying mob is there or not ........he is becoming a figure of complete ridicule.

They ring people up and ask them who they had contact with them trace their contacts and test them same as the rest of the world to be honest.
