Tbf I think we are getting there. The problem with setting targets is they just become a stick to beat der Pfeffel with rather than a meaningful measure.

Rather irrelevant post as it isn't Corbyn its Johnson and the Tories - they own this shit show. Can I assume you think Johnson and his cabinet are a competent bunch and have been and will continue to handle whats going on well?
