Once again the theory is proven to be correct

  1. Tories create a problem
  2. Tories listen to the noise the problem creates
  3. Tories throw a load of money at the problem in an effort to solve it (usually to their mates)
  4. Tories claim the praise for solving the problem they created in the first place.

No doubt Marc Francois will be leading the inquiry into why the number of rape cases making it to court has dropped to its lowest number in 11 years (just to take the piss out of the rest of us. )

The inquiry is set to take two years to complete ..... after we waited two years for the numbers to be issued.
