I thought that when I read it though her advice was back in 2015 - my own view nothing that is deleted is not recoverable - you just need to know where to look - it will be backed up on a server somewhere
True but depends on how much server space your organisation chooses to, or is required to maintain. They eventually wipe it after a certain amount of time.
Also depends on the determination of the investigative team and how important the potential evidence is to the case.
It might not be necessary anyway...
