Just so's you know what the report actually says - he is trying to conflate report 1 with report 2 and claim somehow he is innocent. Both will probably find him at fault but this is classic arrogant Johnson - cannot accept any responsibility ..... he never has done - and make full use of chaff to confuse the situation
