I think Johnson would have had a much better chance if he had followed Pannick’s advice rather than going off script and bullshitting when the questions went in a direction he didn’t like. I do think Pannick was given an almost impossible job but at the end of the day I presume he’s not on a no win no fee deal!If Lord Pannick advised Johnson on strategy in the Committee Hearings today, I would be seriously look at finding someone else to advise you in your recent "troubles".
