I actually haven’t had the time to read it yet. I’m reading it now in fact.

I don’t know what you do with your day - not a lot by the looks of it - but some people are busier than others.
So you've been busy, but take time to go on social media to defend a liar without reading the evidence of his lying.

I’d say it’s been great witnessing his downfall, but it’s tempered somewhat by the havoc that he has already wreaked on this country. Glad that he’s finally got his comeuppance though.

Not been on this thread for a while, but assumed that even his staunchest supporters would’ve given up the ghost by now. Yet here we are, with someone still defending him to the end. Reminds me a bit of that Japanese soldier who never realised/couldn’t accept that the war was over.

Quite the opposite, in fact.

I haven’t defended Johnson at all, and I’ve already said today that he has an issue with the truth, as everyone knows. I’ve merely stated that I wanted to read the report so that I can fully understand the findings before making any comment. This seems to be a very inflammatory approach for many on here, but that’s not exactly a surprise.

You are right however in that I’ve spent far too much time on here today responding to people and fielding insults. I generally work on the basis of replying to people - I’m very polite and courteous at heart - but again this has been time consuming, and I’ve got better things to do frankly.

But you have been throwing accusations at others to try and minimise the behaviour of Johnson by playing the “all the same” card. A bit sad and somewhat transparent.

Once again, you’ve got the wrong end of the stick regarded who was being flippant (I was referring to myself).

Also, I couldn’t give two shits what the police report said, as they clearly broke the rules.

Once again ... for those at the back.... it is not about holding parties or gatherings during COVID.... the police have already investigated and fined where appropriate. Its about lying to Parliament .....deliberately .....which Starmer and Rayner did not do.

They’re right about the IRA stuff though aren’t they?

You need to read Mo Mowlems diaries ..... about the heavy lifting some people did to get certain members of the IRA to even think about sitting around the table with the UK and Irish Government / Americans and 8 political parties from NI.

No mean feat to get the Belfast Agreement drafted and signed.

Having "an issue with the truth" has to be the most sympathetic way I've heard anyone describe a liar before.

Even if they did, how does their (alleged and found not to have done) behavior justify or offset Boris actions? I’m sure he’ll defend Sturgeon and the SNP with the same logic.
