Define "lots".

You mean Patrick Minford? vs the plethora of economists who reckon it will be very damaging and to the detriment of the vast majority of us.

Talk about clutching at straws.

Define plethora

I'm not interested in Johnson the man, only Johnson the PM. I can't do anything about those who inherit wealth, I didn't and I'm not bitter... it's life

Of course I would value the suggested tax cut or the change to the 40% threshold in particular which affects me. The main focus however needs to be on what Boris can do to fuel the economy which is essential in my book

You cannot distinguish between Johnson the man and Johnson the PM? I don't care who he is, only what he does! That's a handy throwaway meaningless phrase, what he does will flow directly from what he is, so what he is matters.

Interesting you automatically assume a mention of inherited wealth should entail bitterness, actually I'm lying, it's not interesting at all. It is the entrenched power and privilege that comes from inherited wealth that is the problem.....

A well-trodden path to power

As for what Johnson will do for the economy, I doubt he'll be around long enough for us to find out.

Bill Clinton was a **** but a decent president.

Johnson was a useless Foreign Secretary. Among other things, he was a lazy get who didn't read his briefing papers.
Foreign Secretary is a piece of piss compared to being Prime Minister.
This is like City picking Bury's centre-forward to replace Sergio because they like the colour of his hair or his taste in food.

Isn't this guy just the British Trump. Have you not learned from our mistakes!?!?!?

He’s not won a General Election, he’s been voted in by about 90,000 Tory members.

We vote for a party here, not an individual and the Tory Party and it’s members have just replaced their leader, therefore the PM, because they’re in power.

The polls suggest he would lose a GE so we’ve seemingly learned from your mistakes.

There should be one very soon so we’ll find out.

What happens if there’s a GE which the Conservatives win but Boris loses his seat? Very possible after his big majority has slipped considerably in the last couple of elections.
I'll be celebrating nearly as much as I did for the Sergio goal.
