No dropped as he was never even charged or brought to court.
The ruling was the first judge didn't know his arse from his elbow and it has rightfully been dropped.

I can bring a private prosecution. I can drop the case. It's my case. A judge can't "drop" my case. That's my choice.
It wasn't brought to court because a higher court quashed it. The court said they the relief they granted was the quashing of the summonses.
