Mate there’s a whole fucking movement in multiple countries borne out of police brutality against minorities and now highlighting widespread inequality and prejudice.
You even said in your own post you have quotas you have to hit in your work place! Have you stopped to ask yourself why you have those quotas? And why there isn’t quotas for hiring white men?

Yes and I think the movement is hysterical and over the top, especially in the UK.
There is a definite need to make changes in the US and the police can and are grotesque at times but it is the odd one and the wider issues that affect young black men, like 80% of them dying the hands of other young black men and 70% of black families having one parent, with this being the number one contributing factor to being unsuccessful in western society, is totally and utterly ignored.
Unfortunately in the US the police have to deal with guns, unlike here. When they turn up to a BAU scenario, they’ve at risk of being shot every time. Unfortunately some are racist and some are likely too nervous to act responsibly.
They need better background checks to weed out the racists and more training to deal with situations.
In the UK there isn’t a problem. Some areas have higher stop at search rates against black lads but the majority are in inner city London, in the black community, where young black lads stab young black lads and they need to find the knives.
The unpopular and difficult truth is in these areas where crime is an epidemic, it’s mostly black youths doing it and therefore they’re stopped more.
If there was a crime epidemic with weapons in rural Derbyshire, more white kids would be stopped.
More white people as a percentage die in police custody here than BAME anyway.

Companies have diversity schemes and quotas mostly for PR purposes, not a moral crusade. They don’t want the press to say “Barclays Bank has few black people in management jobs and no diversity scheme”. Their share price then plummets and they’re ripped to pieces.
It may be the best 5 people are white blokes, but then again you wouldn’t believe that.
The fact there are diversity quotas doesn’t mean there’s a problem, it’s supposedly done to ensure the company reflects society, not to actually make change, so it’s done retrospectively to ensure they’ve interviewed and hired enough minorities across the business.
They’re not doing it for the sake of minorities, they know they’re not racist, they’re doing it so they have it as an insurance policy if claims are made against the business.
Yes every single CEO for an industry leader has worked their arse off, without exception. You do not get there without being the best. You’re not just trying to gain approval from shareholders, a parent company or your colleagues, you’re convincing them you’re better experienced than everyone else at board level already.
It’s why the average age of CEO’s is 15 years higher than the average working age.
I think you lack a basic understanding of how people get into these top positions and why.
The reason women are lagging behind men in top positions is because THEY CHOOSE to start families, men aren’t forcing them to, many women want to raise children and in doing so, you lose a minimum whole year on your competition and that’s only if you have one child.
Why anyone thinks this is sexist or is a dig at women is beyond me, they’re doing the most important thing when they make this decision, bringing through the next generation.
Me hiring a few IT Directors isn’t as important as what my Mrs will do whilst on maternity leave.
Women on average CHOOSE to work less hours also. Many don’t want to be 100% competitive all the time, working 60 hours a week, for years, to beat people that will stop at nothing to beat them.
Some do but it’s a lot less of a percentage than men in those positions.
There’s always a why and ignoring it, putting your fingers in your ears and shouting “racist” isn’t going to help you.
