City will improve??? We HAVE improved mate! You currently have most of your first team squad entering the last year of their contracts and not one of them is rushing to sign up? And your manager stating that ozil and Sanchez can leave next year for free is hardly going to have players rushing to sign for you!
The thing is mate, all the other fans think their team will have improved as well. The proof in the pudding is in the crux of a season, not 'winning' the transfer window or some pre season games. (That goes for all clubs, not just City).

It could be a whole different scenario in a years time if he stays. He'll be approaching 30 at the beginning of next season. For a player whose speed is a big part of his game, the profile and thinking of any potential suitors may be totally different to this season.The only reason Sanchez stays at Afc for 1 more season is -- Money.....he can make more if he goes on free next summer

Possibly but do you think you have improved? Everton have done quite well to be fair but utd have spent but are them players all genuinely top class? Lukaku is good but sooo inconsistent and at £90m has to be amazing every game? You guys have lacazette who may take time to find his feet but kolansic on a free was decent business. Spurs have done nothing and Chelsea I genuinely don't think they have upgraded that much even though they have spent £160m ish? I wouldn't swap our transfers for anyone else's so far

Didn't look that good in Europe. They were bloody woeful.
