Perhaps the stuff about Wenger signing a new deal was bullshit & he's actually trying to get out of the old one.

I have no clue why he was given a new deal, either his tactics are outdated, his management is flawed or he is simply fucking Arsenal up to make it more difficult for a successor.

Wow... a realistic Arsenal fan...

"Let him go to City for the highest price. What's the point in worrying about selling to them? They aren't a rival anymore. The likes of Everton and Leicester are our rivals for EL places."

Maybe Pep has Raheem down as our utility forward, and he will play up front in an emergency.

Surely a blue on a wind-up?

Ive been thinking that there is an international break is (and has always been the plan) to help both clubs and the player "manage" this move at arms length.....to avoid at least some of the backlash that will inevitably come from both the media and fans. With Sanchez now away (or at least on his way to Chile) the clubs can do all the contractual work, meetings for working out payment details/finalising the agreement without the the hassle from the media. They can all do this in secret as Sanchez cant be present (and hence cant be followed/hounded by the media and fans.....there will be a couple of weeks before he has to play again which means he makes his return from international duty, and hers straight up to manchester to start his new move.....

or maybe I'm just clutching at straws?
