This Sterling story just confirms Arsenal are selling but desperately need an angle to sell the deal to increasingly disgruntled supporters.
Probably, but it is also a bit worrying that from Arsenal's perspective they can hardly let Sanchez go now with no replacement and nothing positive to sell to the fans. There would be a riot. Wenger needs something positive to spin if he's to retain his job / life. I just seriously hope Pep is not so desperate to fall for it.

Pep is supposed to be building a team for the future, a platform for the future. Selling one of England's brightest prospects at age 22, is not this.

I'm honestly not that bothered mate
I want what's best for the club and team

Maybe its Sanchez
Maybe its Sterling

All will be forgotten by the time we play our next game in 11 days should we perform well and Sanchez puts on a show

It is not going to happen, but I am honestly past the point of embarrassment for the grown men on here threatening to chuck their season tickets etc.

You'd be more embarrased by sitting in the crowd with grown men standing shouting abuse at Pep & the media furore afterwards.

Which is exactly what would happen, if this was genuine & City lost a couple of games.

It would be the most stupid thing City have done in decades.

Luckily, City are no longer that stupid, even if some fans are daft enough they would actually put up with it.

don't want Sterling to go and I'd be surprised if Sterling is happy with it
Think his career would really go backwards moving there
