Fully support City's stance on this. Our attacking options mean Sanchez would be great to have but not essential. If they think they're the ones in a strong position good luck to them if they hold out and then have to put up with Sanchez for the rest of the season and then lose him on a free.

They are a shambles of a club and only have themselves to blame. I'm still optimistic this will get done, if not watching arsenal implode will be hilarious!

You wonder who is giving out information that there won't be a third bid. If City had briefed anything, Blackburn, Jonny Smith or Sam would be all over it.

The clubs are working really hard to hash out deals. They aren't spending a second of free time to go brief someone in the media with minute by minute updates.

If they are briefing the media, it means they aren't working enough on the deals. I really don't believe the two clubs are briefing the media about anything.

If this is dead then Arsenal are really a bunch of morons, Why the hell would they turn down £60 million to a want away player that will just leave next year. It is what it is but it just doesn't make any sense for them to have not looked at any replacement forwards.

January is only a couple of months away. We can get him much cheaper then and he will still be able to play Champions League for us. No disaster if we save some 10 millions of pounds by waiting 4 months.
