It's not just one bet either because the odds have changed multiple times in the past hour:

United:
08:33 - 8/13
08:03 - 2/5
07:58 - 4/11
07:53 - 1/4
03:07 - 2/9
00:46 - 1/4
Previous Day Closing Price - 1/5

City:
08:33 - 11/8
08:03 - 15/8
07:58 - 9/4
07:53 - 3/1
07:28 - 4/1
03:07 - 9/2
00:46 - 4/1
Previous Day Closing Price - 9/2
Very strange as despite what some are saying it takes more than a couple of quid to move odds like that

It's only just dawned, the amount of times I've read "Just walk away City" throughout the numerous drawn out transfers. I think this is the most clear and obvious that I remember. To be a fly on the wall when Alexis and his agent heard back after trying to use the rags for more money.. Wonderful.

Let’s face it, any team/squad is better with Sanchez in it so unless we go out and sign Griezmann then I will be very disappointed come the end of January. Crying out for more striker options even when Jesus is back and fit

for some reason don't think this is done yet.....despite knowing that United will probably get him

I should say in relation to my post reading it back it almost sounds like I'm being critical of agents, but that wasn't my intention at all, their job is to get the best deal they can.

No, it was fine mate......an agent's job is to get the best possible deal for their client, its as simple as that! I dont blame Sanchez or his agent at all.....Same arguments happened over the summer when we wouldnt match Alves wage offer from PSG and we then wasted 25mil on Danilo to try and cover ourselves....that 25mil fee would have more than covered the extra in Alves salary and turned out to be false economy! Hope this isnt happening again.....

True, but with Pep's record of improving players and Mourinho's record of making them regress I don't think that will be the case for much longer.

And that's the most frustrating thing. I give it five months before Sanchez realises he's fucked up his chance. Ideally when he sees us holding the Champions League trophy aloft after winning the league by a record margin. He'll be left wondering what the hell he was thinking.
