Can people please stop posting information from accounts that are either far from reliable or from fake accounts.

The guy claiming he has signed a new contract clearly knows nothing and you'd know that if you just spent 2 minutes on his twitter page and as for the journalist, please stop falling for fake accounts and actually check it's his proper twitter handle.

Woah. This would be an amazing and frightening frontline!

I think it's right we're going for more experience up front. As good as Sane, Sterling and Jesus are, young players are inconsistent. We never really knew what we'd get each performance from them last season. Having a basis of Sanchez and Aguero allows us to rotate and takes a little bit of pressure off them.

The only one i trust with arsenal news is David Ornstein he has a direct line to the arsenal board so if someone posting an exclusive on arsenal and he doesn't responses to it within an hour it probably is fake news

Apologies. I was reading the Arsenal forum and the twitter post came up from the guy who announced his previous move. I thought it might be worth sticking it on here. Not been back on their site yet to see what reaction it got.
On topic - my twopeneth is that Sanchez would be a great asset to us, but is far from essential to us winning the league. I fancy us next season with or without him. And for any lurking Tarquins - I fancy the Arse to remain outside the top 4 with or without him ;-)

The flappers need something to help them stretch their wings from time to time ;-)

Sanchez might say something tonight, because he might want to get things done and not drag on

You can imagine what the headlines in the Mirror, the Daily Fail, the Star, the Sun, etc would be if Jose and United were after Sanchez.

Then again, it's City who are after Sanchez and......(no link)

I'm all for highlighting those journos that write biased articles against us but I've read this whole piece and it's in no way critical of City. It's critical of Arsenal and Gazidis's comments about turning them into a world-class club. Quite rightly, Dunn states that they can hardly call themselves a world-class outfit if they do sell their best player to us. He even cites the example of them letting van Persie go to United as further proof to back his opinion up. I think if United were interested in Sanchez instead of us then Andy Dunn would've still written this article.

Overall, Dunn isn't too bad when it comes to writing about City. He was scathing of us in the early days of the takeover but I think that's because he felt we had no plan whatsoever and a scattergun approach to transfers. Since then, he seems to have acknowledged that we're far better run than that and has written his fair share of positive articles about us.

I agree a bit that this would be a bit of short-term signing, but i think it's necessary one.

Totally agree. Although i think with the addition of only full-backs and current signings that the league is within our reach, the Champions League is a different matter. Sanchez and also Alves would be huge assets for us in that competition.

Kompany, Alves, Yaya, D. Silva, Sanchez and Aguero suddenly has the look of a potential Champions League winning group to me. I never really felt we were at that level before.
